Single-Use Form vs. Template Form
FillFaster offers two main ways to structure your forms. The best choice depends on how you intend to use them.
Summary
Section titled “Summary”- Template Forms are reusable and essential for automations.
- Single-Use Forms are for specific, one-time use with manual handling.
Template Form
Section titled “Template Form”A template form is a document with blank areas for recipient data or dynamic data (like prices) and can be used repeatedly. Template forms can also be used to collect submissions from people when you don’t have all the information about them with one static link.
When to use:
Section titled “When to use:”- For repetitive forms where the basic structure stays the same but specific details (like prices, dates, names) change each time.
- Collecting information from multiple people, such as consent forms and general employment contracts.
Examples:
Section titled “Examples:”- Invoices, rental applications, and some types of contracts.
- Any scenario where automation is required.
Single-Use Form
Section titled “Single-Use Form”A single-use form is created for a specific one-time purpose. It includes all the information inside and just needs the recipient’s signature.
When to use:
Section titled “When to use:”- For documents where most of the information is pre-set.
- When dealing with a specific scenario and recipient.
- Customized contracts with specific terms tailored to an individual.
- Reports that present findings or summaries.
- Agreements with pre-defined legal clauses.
